The 2007 ATC Exchange was terrific success. 105 tradiing cards from 38 stitchers were exchanged. What a talented group of stitchers we have in our midst. We had participants from Newfoundland to British Columbia and even Bermuda! Some of the techniques used to create thes miniature works of art included: crazy quilting, burning, silk paper, hardanger, cross stitch, felthing, Jacobean stitchery, ribbon work, machine free motion embroidery, recycled UFO's, as well as many combinations of different techniques. If you are attending Seminar 2007, be sure to bring some ATC's with you, there will be an exchange on Merchant Night. Apologies to Linda Vassilliadis, Marly Grunsten and Pat Olsen whose cards arrived after the deadline, so unfortunately were not able to be photographed. A big Thank-you goes to Sue Thomas, for co-ordinating the 2007 ATC Exchange! |
